TERMS OF SERVICEIf I’ve created artwork for you, it is only for personal-use.Please talk to me about “commercial art”, and commerical videos. I’m usually okay with you using artwork for t-shirts or hoodies, but only in the case where it’s for YOU or promotional work that’s not being sold. ( E.G a logo for your profile picture or as a watermark on photographs. ) We would need to discuss whether or not it is alright for you to use my art to earn money.Example: I want to print out my commissioned artwork and put it on my wall. Is this okay? Yes.
I want to print out my commissioned artwork and put it on a jumper for myself or for a friend. Is this okay? Yes.Second example: guesting at a convention and wanting to give out unique merchandise? Let’s talk!Third example: want to post a video to advertise something, using my art as promotional material? Let's talk!Do not repost or use my artwork without permission, do not claim it as your own. If you post it on other social media sites, I ask that you credit or link back to my page.Please do not repost commission work unless it was drawn for you.If you’re struggling to pay the full price, please come and talk to me! We can arrange something.My prices are in GBP (£), which means I will expect you to convert your currency accordingly. I use PAYPAL & expect payment UPFRONT.I do not issue refunds except in exceptional cases - such as I’m unable to finish your piece for whatever reason.You may cancel your commission at any time provided I have not started it. (I usually send you sketches and progress work whilst I do your commission.)You are not allowed to use my art in relation to any form of NFTS, cryptocurrency, AI art training, etc. ever.By commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms of service.
